die wurst ist am ende fett.
gestern war ich nahe dabei mein ganzes paket zu verkaufen. doch ich denke verluste habe ich erst dann, wenn ich verkaufe. das eine aktie wie fonix mit totalverlust enden kann, war und ist mir bewusst. verkaufe ich heute oder morgen und es kommt eine reiser news beis ich mir in den wertesten, weil ein anderer mit meinen, günstig auf dem markt geworfenen aktien die fette kohle mitnimmt. daher
no risk, no fun
andere männer tragen ihr geld ins bordell, ich mit fonix bisher in eine sackgasse mit hoffnung auf die strassen erweiterung.
wenns am dunkelsten wird erleuchten die sterne!

da treibt jemand ein übles spiel ich glaube die kommenden wochen sehen wir hier ein verdoppler zum jetzigen kurs.

Fonix Terminates Definitive Purchase Agreement to Acquire Empire One Telecommunications Inc.

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct 04, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Fonix Corp. (OTCBB: FNIX), an integrated communications
carrier providing telecommunications services and value-added speech
technologies, has terminated the acquisition agreement for Empire One
Telecommunications Inc. (" Empire" ), a privately held company based in
Brooklyn, N.Y., due to Empire's failure to meet conditions to closing
of the acquisition, including failure to obtain regulatory and
shareholder approvals and to deliver other agreements pursuant to the
definitive agreements between the parties.




On Nov. 22, 2004, Fonix entered into a definitive agreement to
acquire Empire through a merger transaction for total consideration
valued at less than $5 million, payable part in cash and part in
restricted Fonix common stock.




" We have been working vigorously towards completing this
transaction and we are obviously disappointed that Empire was not able
to satisfy necessary requirements for the acquisition," said Thomas A.
Murdock, Fonix CEO. " The company is prepared to move forward, and we
are well positioned to explore all avenues for maximizing shareholder
value. We will continue improving operations and capital structure as
well as optimizing the value of our assets."




There are no termination fees due Empire from Fonix. However, the
company will seek to recover its legal and accounting fees and other
expenses incurred in connection with conducting due diligence,
negotiating definitive documents and agreements, and other related
expenses.

Sollen nicht im November Zahlen kommen.

Und nun kommt am 3 Dezember die XBox 360
und alleine deren Start sollte Fnix zu
einem Kursschub verhelfen.

Ich werde bei Zeiten auch noch Fett aufstocken.

Meine Meinung.  

Sprachtechnologie-Software für Spiele, die auf der XBOX360 laufen. Erst mal müssen die Spiele verkauft werden und wer von Euch kann überhaupt sagen, für wie viel Geld Fonix Ihre Technologie an die Spielehersteller verkauft hat.

Mit Sicherheit ist deren Software brillant, aber ob das der Superbrüller ist, muß sich noch zeigen. Ich erwarte deshalb dieses Jahr keine Kurssprünge über 0,10€ mehr!

Wenn es war ist, daß die eine Aktie nach der Anderen raußpfeffern und damit den Kurs verwässern, was ist davon wohl zu halten?

Die stecken in argen Finanznöten, aber trotzallem haben Sie wenigstens eine vernünftige Webseite mit ordentlichen Inhalten, aber ob das ausreicht?

es einen Schub nach oben geben ohne

Ist halt die Frage von welchem Level aus.

Und es müssen ja auch keine 10 Euro Cent
sein.

Wenn es erst einmal 5 Euro Cent sind habe
ich zumindest schon mal 100 % Plus. GRINS

Ja im Grunde hast du recht aber ich denke
hier wird die Tage/Wochen eine Kehrtwende
einsetzen.

Weil ob sie nun noch viel billiger wird
kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Aber wie gesagt unmöglich ist nichts.

Also ist ein Zock aber mit guten Aussichten.
