After the Hyon Presentation from Feb 2022 they want to make revenues of 40 million in 2025. Ongoing 2023 with rev of 13 million and first positive EBITDA in 2024. Lets see and look how they match it

Könnte man Hyzon mit Everfuel im Wasser vergleichen?

136 Postings, 481 Tage freddiemercuryHYON - Revenue

I agree, it will be very interesting to see how they guide cashburn/revenue etc on the next report in March

what is mostly interesting for me is the cashburn, fingers crossed

136 Postings, 481 Tage freddiemercuryHYON and Everfuel

hmmm, do you mean HYON i presume, you mean if they can do something together ?

can you clarrify your question best possible ?

22.01.23 08:16

463 Postings, 1435 Tage TailorCobainHYON and Everfuel

No. I guess it is about to compare both companies in what they are doing. The only similarity is that they are working in the hydrogen sector, whereas HYON is way more specialized. They are working with COMPRESSED Hydrogen to speed up fueling time. This High-Capacity fueling solution is important for the maritime sector, because a ship can`t wait too long in a harbor. If we presume "time is money". Take a look at slide 6 from the presentation. They present two solutions for now. It will be also interesting for a port to integrate HYON´s solution when it comes to the distribution. Hamburg already is testing Hydrogen trucks by Nikola. It would make totally sense to fuel ships and trucks with HYON`s solution. The third solution is for offshore Hydrogen production. Produced Hydrogen needs to be stored and HYON is providing a bunkering solution. Or at least is working on it. That`s why it is interesting to see that they are hiring from TechnipFMC, because all guys are Experts when it comes to deep sea operations. In addition you find a link, which shows that this offshore thing could be quite big.

and a main difference is that HYON does not own the projects they are hired for. They provide a service to build or implement their technology. For example the Hellesylt Hub is owned by Norwegian Hydrogen. HYON is responsable for the fueling part of the Hub. That beeing said they are a subcontractor of Norwegian Hydrogen. You can say they get paid for the engineering and implementing part, and of course for the maintenance and service part, hence after sales. The good thing is if you don`t build your own factory you don`t need and burn a lot of money, but you are able to start to build own projects ones you are ready or well financed, which could happen by any new fundings, investors, or financial commitment of Mitsui or anybody else.

22.01.23 23:02

136 Postings, 481 Tage freddiemercurywhat is HYON

That was a very good explanation!
HYON have 3 legs to stand on compared to the "owner" of the project

comparing HYON with construction of a building:
its like being a constructor of a building. and only build against a contract. i. the key is to be good enough to get a contract first of all

The owner of the building will pay along the way (in tranches of say 10 % + 30% + 30% + 30% = 100%), j and being handed  the keys when the "building" is complete.  in that case the constructor's job is over and they have been paid in tranches along the way

The good thing in this situation is that HYON gets the construction part of the Hydrogen station + extra service/supervision/service in order to run the "Hydrogen station" on a day to day basis + change parts/service every 5-10 years when parts break down.

SO,  HYON can get projects they can technically create a hamster wheel of steady revenue in addition to the construction part
Time will tell

136 Postings, 481 Tage freddiemercuryHYON - seller ?

Myself, I am 95% sure it is Saga Pure who is selling. It looks very much like the dump they did in Bergen Carbon
My position in Saga as owners of HYON remains the same. I want them out of that ownership. SO, as long as it is Saga Pure I am happy to get rid of them.
What is just as interesting would be, to know who bought the stocks ?
The shareprice books will only be official this comming Wednesday at 2300hrs. Unless we hear anything before that We can just wait

ps! I am still a rocksolid stockholder

now you are locked up ~
it will take years to cover your losses.
This only in case Hyon will make it to profitability.

Yesterday 9.5 Mio shares and today up to now 17.5 Mio shares is far from "people are selling",
overall share number of Hyzon may be still around 55 Mio...

463 Postings, 1435 Tage TailorCobainWho bought?

Well, rough days, but no surprise Saga seek and destroy probably sold. Nel sold Nikola, now Hyon, and will probably sell Everfuel soon I guess. Credit Suisse probably joined the process, but who the hell bought the shares. Roughly 40 Mio. Shares out of 55.567.521 shares traded in two days! That is insane. Especially yesterday: 32.556.258 shares and just 0.29% down since the previous closing (Euronext). Never seen sth. like that before. I am really excited who bought!?

I see that some of you are happy on my behalf, and that is ok for me,
Personally i do like prices going up rather than going down, but I have not changed my paradigm
Hopefull we have gotten rid of some of the "bad stocks", all going well, most of them. The question is though, who have bought them. I have a theory, but I will hold to myself.
But I can confirm, that I have bought and averaged down
time will tell who has bought

25.01.23 14:45

5941 Postings, 4961 Tage sonnenschein2010I guess

Mitsui is now on board ;-)
Best opportunity to buy is now:
Trading volume:
Two days ago:   9.5 Mio
Yesterday:         33.5 Mio
Today:                 12.3 Mio

Sum:   55.3 Mio out of  55.5   Congrats to the buyers, you implemented a good bunch of shares ;-)
if not the whole company ;-)
