Aerowatt SA is a France-based company that owns and operates integrated wind farms and solar power plants. The Company is present throughout every stage of the development of wind and solar energy projects, from site research and wind and technical studies, through engineering, construction and operation of power plants to the sale of electricity. As of December 31, 2010, Aerowatt SA has 25 wind farms and 28 solar facilities. The Company operates in France and French overseas territories, such as La Reunion, New Caledonia, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Mauritius, through its several subsidiaries, including SARL Eole Plan du Pal, SARL AEROWATT Nlle Caledonie, SARL Helio Saint Benoit, and SARL Eole Morne Carriere, among others.
