Verfolge die Aktie auch schon sehr lange auf der kanadischen Seite, die Firma hatte viele Rückschläge mit Covid und Feuer! Total unterbewertet.
Denke die Finanzierung stehe in ein paar Tagen/Wochen und dann können sie mit der Bohrung anfangen.
Das Bodenpotential ist gigantisch.

Bohren von 4000 m an Zielen mit hoher Priorität bei McCarthy, Consuela, wo letztes Jahr Bohrloch 77-97 gefunden wurde, und nach meinem besten Wissen ein horizontales Loch von der Ebene 600 der Mine Providence, wo Wandproben von über einer Unze/Tonne gefunden wurden (siehe Sept 25 2017 und 1. Nov. 2017). ... Für Details dazu sehen Sie sich den Zoom des unterirdischen Kartierungsprojekts an, falls Sie dies noch nicht getan haben ... Meine Erwartung ist, dass wir einige 100-g/t-Zahlen sehen werden

Bestätigung eines oberflächennahen Ziels mit einem Horizontalbohrer

Beginn der Fräsarbeiten auf der Halde und den oberflächennahen Hartgesteinszielen im Jahr 2023

Unter der Annahme, dass die von ihnen durchgeführte Modellierung korrekt ist und der Bohrmeißel auf dem Ziel liegt ... Ich denke, wir werden die historischen Gehalte von 4-5 oz/t bei McCarthy und die 2 oz/t auf Providence sowie einen oberflächennahen Wert von 1,5 bestätigen oz/t-Ziel (das von mir erwähnte Horizontalbohrgerät) zusätzlich zu der bekannten Halde

Dadurch erhalten wir einen Aktienpreis von 0,50 $ und die Ausübung der Optionsscheine gegen Barzahlung

Sobald die Mühle Gold aus der Halde und dem oberflächennahen Hartgestein verarbeitet, werden wir, glaube ich, 1 $ sehen

Das ist meine Hoffnung mit PHD. Deshalb bin ich hier investiert. Deshalb ist Bob Moriarty hier.

Während ein 10 Bagger alles schön und gut ist ... Meine Hoffnung ist, dass dies ein 100 Bagger ist.

Die Reaktivierung der Providence- oder McCarthy-Mine wird dies auf 5-10 $ bringen

Das ist natürlich das, was jeder will, aber es ist immer noch ein hohes Risiko, bis wir mit diesen 4000 Bohrmetern hervorragende Ergebnisse erzielen. Diese Phase-2-Bohrungen, welche direkt nach der Finanzierung stattfinden,MÜSSEN hervorragende Werte liefern, um die PHD zu beweisen ... und wenn dies der Fall ist, sind wir das 10-fache und dem 100-Bagger vom Beginn der Minenproduktion einen Schritt näher gekommen

Moin Derrick, ja bin in Kanada investiert würde ich auch bei Explorern nur so machen... was PHD betrifft, bei den sechs Minen handelte es sich um typische hochgradige Lagerstätten der Mutteradern. Die Produktion von insgesamt 225.000 Unzen hatte sie vor 100 Jahren zu einer der größten Minen in Kalifornien gemacht. Historische Aufzeichnungen deuten darauf hin, dass einige Bereiche der Minen bis zu 15 Unzen pro Tonne aufwiesen.
Als ich mir die Geschichte zum ersten Mal ansah, war mir klar, dass dies bei gutem Management ein einfacher 2-3-Knaller und mit Rückenwind vom Goldpreis ein einfacher 10-Bagger war. Wohin gehen Sie, wenn Sie sechs hochgradige Goldminen in einem Gebiet haben, das Steuereinnahmen benötigt, und das Unternehmen eine Marktkapitalisierung von 4 Millionen US-Dollar hat?
Die letzten paar Jahre waren keine günstige Zeit für einen Junior, um Geld zu sammeln. Aufgrund eines allgemeinen Mangels an Interesse seitens der Investoren, Geld in die Exploration zu stecken.
Providence ist mit $0,03 absurd günstig. Es hat eine aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung von etwa 4 Millionen CAD, Aber Potenzial für 1 bis 4 Millionen Unzen Gold und 20.000 bis 30.000 Unzen, welchesich an der Oberfläche in der Halde befinden.
Der Aktienpreis wurde bei guten News immer von Shortern gedrückt. CEO Ron hat eine Strategie und der Aktienpreis wird sehr sehr bald steigen.  

CEO Coombes hat einen sehr guten Plan, billig und machbar. Ich besitze viele Aktien von Providence, die auf dem freien Markt und in zwei früheren Platzierungen gekauft wurden. Ich sehe dieses Unternehmen als potenziellen Riesen-Home Run. Die Aktie ist aktuell sehr billig (Gründe hatte die Firma im Newsletter Ende 2022 angegeben) und dies wird jedoch jetzt ein Ende haben, und ich denke wir sollten bald bei 0.2 stehen… dies wäre der aktuell faire Preis wenn man das riesige Potential berücksichtigt.

Servus Derrick habe mir am Wochenende auch nochmal alle Artikel und veröffentlichte Präsentationen
durchgelesen, von daher wundert es mich, dass PHD noch bei 0,03CAD steht…
Aber das Bodenpotential ist echt überwältigend, wird Zeit das die Finanzierung steht und die 4000-Bohrung startet.
Ich glaube, PHD ist seit einiger Zeit stark unterbewertet, und die Anleger achten jetzt auf PHD (siehe BID an der TSX)und dessen Finanzierung. Weil wenn die steht, dann bin ich mal gespannt.

Es könnte die Zeit für PHD werden, da das Goldvorkommen in den Minen enorm ist.
Der Plan von CEO Coombes wird auch sein, so teilte er es ja mit, dann wohl an einen „Major“ zu verkaufen.

"Dick" Todd, EM, PLS.  has become a director.

Mr. Richard T. "Dick" Todd graduated with the professional degree of Engineer of Mines (EM) and immediately emigrated to Australia to the position of Assistant Officer in Charge for B.H.P. Co.  Ltd at their Iron Knob property in South Australia. He was promoted to Officer in Charge of a neighbouring mine at Iron Baron where he took charge of the mine. During his time at Iron Baron Dick earned the State of South Australia's Quarry Manager's Certification. After 3 1/2 years in Australia, he returned to the U.S. in mid-1968 where he took on the position of Quarry Superintendent for Kaiser Cement and Gypsum Corporation near Lucerne Valley, California After many years with Kaiser Cement,

Mr. Todd then became a licensed Land Surveyor and started Todd Land Surveying in Big Bear Lake, California. He was commissioned to complete a mining claim survey for the Oro gold property  laying out and mapping the entire 6,000 ft centerline of the La Dama de Oro Claim Group.

In 2008, Dick was commissioned by a mining company to file a Plan of Operations with the BLM in 2009 to January of 2011, Dick assisted in the Exploration and Development Programs for the La Dama de Oro, In October 2012, after all, biological and archaeological requirements were satisfied, the BLM granted the decision to allow the Plan of Operations.

Since then, Mr. Todd has resided in Sonora California actively surveying. Providence Gold first had the pleasure being introduced to Mr. Todd in late 2017 at the Land Survey Branch in Sonora CA.  Since that time Mr Todd has demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the motherlode belt. The Company is very delighted having Mr. Todd become a director.

The Board has unanimously accepted their offer and has retired $277,838 of debt to this group. To be clear, this is not a debt for shares settlement but a complete forgiveness of the debt by these certain Insiders and professionals.
