Razorfish's Work for ZDF and ARTE Takes Home Five Honors at Eyes and Ears Awards 2001; Razorfish-Designed RTL New Media Web Site Honored At OnlineStar 2001 Awards
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2001--Razorfish Inc. (NASDAQ:RAZF), the global digital solutions provider, today announced that its work for the redesign of ZDF, Germany's leading public broadcast network, and the on-air design of ARTE, a premiere European arts and cultural television network, was recognized at this year's Eyes and Ears Awards Ceremony that was held in Munich on October 19th.
The Eyes and Ears Awards is an association for Design, Promotion and Marketing of audio-visual media.
A jury comprised of 29 members chose the ZDF and ARTE projects for awards in five categories, which made Razorfish the most recognized recipient at the Eyes and Ears Ceremony 2001. The work completed for ZDF and ARTE were honored and awarded in the following categories:
-Best network identity and trailers: ZDF Logo ID's -Best seasonal on-air design: ARTE (Winter 2000) -Best on-air design (for one particular show): ZDF "Reporter" -Best innovation in information design: ZDF "Heute" -Special Award Eyes & Ears 2001 "Innovation": ZDF Redesign

Razorfish completed the ARTE and ZDF projects over the past year under award-winning creative director Bob English.
In a separate ceremony, Razorfish's work with RTL New Media was recognized as the most successful website launch in Germany within the "Games and Entertainment" category at the OnlineStar 2001 Awards Ceremony, which was held on October 15th. The jury was comprised of more than 1,000 actual online users.
