("TIC") (OTCBB:TIDC) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Yard Sale Drop Off(TM) ("YSDO"), a trading assistant and Power Seller with EBay (NASDAQ:EBAY), has created a strategic alliance with Universal Express, Inc.'s (OTCBB:USXP) wholly owned subsidiary Universal Cash Express, a leader in the prepaid industry to create a network of over 8,000 exclusive drop centers and offer consolidated shipping prices to YSDO members.
TIC will utilize over 8,000 postal centers in the UniversalPost postal store network as YSDO centers. By joining forces, YSDO could become the largest EBay drop off company in the world. YSDO had spoken with other companies to form alliances, but the opportunity to have an instant network of over 8,000 locations is a tremendous opportunity for YSDO. This will assist YSDO when it begins offering its business opportunity later this month. YSDO members will be able to drop off items and have them professionally packaged and shipped to customers. The ability to offer this feature will eliminate the headache of packing and shipping giving YSDO members more time to grow and manage their business.
Customers and members will be able to locate the closest Universal Post/YSDO center simply by entering their zip code to find the nearest location via a link on the YSDO website to connect with USXP. Furthermore, USXP will be promoting YSDO and its services on its website and in its retail locations.
