The scientist, Aubrey Blumsohn, a bone-metabolism expert at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, claims Procter (NYSE: PG) distorted his data about the drug's effectiveness in its educational and marketing materials. He is meeting with congressional staffers and the National Institutes for Health.
