Dear Henrik,
referring to our conversation on facebook I want to ask you some more questions: 1. What will be your main customers? B2B or B2C?
Depends. We are targeting a wide range of customers, and depending on how we onboard them (you'll see what I mean at a later point) we anticipate there will be an overweight of B2B on the hardware side and the use of such, and of B2B and C2C in the app-based services.
2. What exactly is Wyrify and how does it work?
Wyrify is a complete payment platform able to replace or live alongside Visa/Mastercard on one side, serve merchant payment needs though its hardware on the other side, by combining cryptographic currencies (such as bitcoin and its likes) and "normal" fiat currency payments, taking away the volatility and delays of crypto transactions as we know them today. We also have an online payment solution, where the customer enters his/her phone number in the payment window (instead of all the payment card information normally used), and doing a "finger-swipe" when the mobile phone app asks for payments. We cater for micropayments and have free accounts, and charge small fees on transactions and currency exchanges. It works quickly because we use another kind of crypto platform for the transactions themselves.
3. Where exactly is the advantage of Wyrify compared to its competitors
We are cheaper that other services, but more importantly, we do micro transactions so that anyone can have an account (anyone with a phone), and any business can have a payment gateway (through our beacons - see enclosed whitepaper for information).
4. There were plans to raise over an IBO $ 200 million. Are these plans up to date and what will be done with the capital?
See enclosed whitepaper.
5. The Bafin imposed a penalty of over € 400,000. For what reason exactly and does this claim still exist?
This is an ongoing thing and I cannot comment on it. The company has a different opinion than BaFin though.
6. What focus will the projects myFantrac or the MARILYN MONROE PREPAID CARD have in the future?
Cannot comment on this at this time
7. Is it also planned to go to other foreign stock exchanges to raise capital?
No official plans. We assume the German market is plenty sufficient and a great place to be.
8. Planning to rename the company to Wyrifi are still up to date?
Proposed in the contract but not proposed/approved yet by the General Assembly, which actually decides it. Stay tuned for official updates on that. Does that mean you want to focus 100% on Blockchain and Bitcoin? (I've split your question into two parts)
Main focus as a digital currency company, but I cannot comment further on that as we have other active divisions
9. What revenues are planned for 2018?
Cannot comment on that; will be stated by the company
10. Will you acquire BLOCKCHAIN TRADE TECHNOLOGIES LTD?
It has been published but not yet consummated, just as with Fantrac and Pimboo (and Wyrify), so it is up to the company to decide and carry out these purchases (or not) through the General Assembly votes
11. How do you see the future of Bitcoin / Blockchain in general? Are there any more plans in this technology?
Personally love the technology, but I've yet to see the actual use of the technology in "real life", not just in speculation. We hope to change that, though, which means that it will become useable and a real alternative to fiat currency in daily use. If that happens it has changed the history of money forever, which I'm hoping for.
12. Where do you want to be in 5 years?
The company; on the same exchange, powering main markets (especially in non-banked regions) completely with an all-inclusive payment platform offering a lot of services, not just the payments themselves, both for online and POS sales).
13. You have bought Wyrify in shares for € 3million.
Yes and no - our group has been issued a number of shares (or are being issued shares) in Wyfiry , corresponding to €3m, yes.
14. How many new shares will enter the market and when will they be traded?
None, I think. We are in this for the long run. Besides, I expect the market to become very aware of the share and selling some shouldn't be a problem for anyone.
15. How would you rate the current total value and what are your liabilities?
Can't comment on that - this will be addressed in the upcoming figures from the company. I can disclose that we have fully funded the Wyrify development and have zero liabilities in our part of the Stockholm IT group, though.
I do represent a group of german investors and we are looking forward for your reply. That is nice to hear - I hope you have some shares already and have been a part of the first "wave" of attention that was sparked this week. I was a bit surprised to see it; I don't follow share prices closely anymore (used to be actively trading though), and was caught off guard by the sudden increases and huge volumes. With "only" 365 million shares issued, seeing daily volumes of 55 million shares is astounding. Thank you very much. You are very welcome - thank you for your interest in our company! -H.
