The analyst team notes that data from Dealogic suggests higher investment banking revenue than consensus estimates do, implying that the banks could surprise to the upside on that metric. “We would be a buyer today of JPM and MS in anticipation of these two companies showing the best outperformance relative to expectations,” Gerard Cassidy, analyst at RBC Capital Markets, said in a note Monday....."
