Graphen besteht aus nur einer Lage von Kohlenstoffatomen und gilt seit seiner Entdeckung als Wundermaterial. Die einzigartigen Eigenschaften des dünnsten Materials der Welt könnten vielfältig genutzt werden – in Tennisschlägern, Solarzellen und künftig auch in medizinischen Sensoren  

angeblich ist das heute bei dem Workshop von Fearnley Securities, BCS  nimmt teil, so kommuniziert worden, dann ist das " Schwarzpulver" wohl ein "Super Duper nicht zu schlagendes Produkt".
Warum der Kurs heute doch ohne Meldungen angezogen hat, erschließt sich mir trotzdem nicht.
Na ja vielleicht kommt ja doch was die Tage rein.
Zeit wäre es.

Awilco AS (The Buyer) has on 1 December 2021 acquired 600,000 shares in Bergen
Carbon Solutions AS, of which 300,000 shares from each of the primary insiders
Jan B. Sagmo, CEO and Finn Blydt-Svendsen, COO (The Sellers) for a price of NOK
42.5 per share. 100,000 of these shares are acquired from Møllen Invest AS, an
associated company with Finn Blydt-Svendsen. Following the transaction Jan B.
Sagmo will have a remaining holding of 2,980,000 shares and Finn Blydt-Svendsen
4,030,000 shares, including 324,000 shares through Møllen Invest AS.
Simultaneously the parties have entered into a conditional call/put agreement
which gives Awilco AS the right to acquire additional 1,400,000 shares by 30
December 2021 for a price of NOK 45.0 per share and also the Sellers a
conditional right to Sell the same amount of shares to Awilco AS by 30 December
2021. The call/put option is conditional upon Bergen Carbon Solutions achieving
the next technical milestone of commencing production with the Crusible 2.0 unit
and at satisfactory product quality. Should the call/put option become
effective, Awilco AS will have a total shareholding of 4,170,000 shares (11.2%),
Jan B. Sagmo 2,280,000 shares and Finn Blydt-Svendsen 3,330,000 shares,
including 324,000 shares through Møllen Invest AS.
The parties have further agreed that the Sellers will be subject to a customary
lock-up period of 12 months for their remaining shareholding in Bergen Carbon
Solutions AS.
As a natural consequence of Awilco’s increased ownership, the Board will
consider to issue a notice of an extraordinary general meeting where it will be
proposed that Awilco AS is elected into the Board of Directors.

Dag Skansen, Chairman of Bergen Carbon Solutions, commented: “Awilco AS has been
one of our largest external shareholders since the IPO and has continuously
increased its ownership in the Company. We are very excited that Awilco once
again confirms its confidence in the Company and business model. Awilco AS has
over decades acted as long-term supportive investor in the companies where they
have taken active positions, and we are convinced they will add a lot of value
and experiences in the future development of Bergen Carbon Solutions. The
Company reiterates its plan to issue an updated guidance based on the
technological development before the end of the year.”

Nachstehendes wurde von Finansavisen  am 29.10. 2021 veröffentlicht. Sagmo selbst wollte vor Weihnachten Verträge präsentieren,  wenn ich mich recht entsinne.
Viel Zeit ist nicht mehr bis 24.12. oder Silvester.
Die Spannung steigt würde ich mal so sagen.

---- Durch die Arbeit an der Erstellung von Produktionsmodulen haben wir ein erhebliches Kostensenkungspotenzial für die Einheiten entdeckt. Aufgrund der geänderten Ausrichtung werden wir gegen Ende dieses Jahres aktualisierte Guidings präsentieren, so CEO des Unternehmens, Jan B. Sagmo, laut Ankündigung.

Wie BCS nun seinen Fokus geändert hat, sagt Operations Director Fredrik Øksnes TDN Direkt, dass das Unternehmen bisher ausschließlich auf modulare Produktionseinheiten bestehend aus 2x40-Fuß-Containern ausgerichtet war.

Bei der Präsentation des zweiten Quartalsberichts stellte sich heraus, dass der Fokus damals auf der 24/7-Produktion in einer Testanlage in Bergen lag. Nun soll der Fokus jedoch auf einer kompletten Fabrik für das Unternehmen liegen.

- Wir erwarten signifikante Skaleneffekte und werden vor dem neuen Jahr Guiding vorstellen, sagt Øksnes zu TDN Direkt.

Der Umsatz heute in Oslo ist auch nicht der Rede wert und Sagmo ist wohl auch offline.

neugierig! Was hat er denn geantwortet?
Etwa ZAK! Es ist ja bald Weihnachten, also abwarten…..?  

... bei allem Respekt, mach erst mal Deine Hausaufgaben.  Wir haben vor Wochen den Vertrag mit Nanoshel veröffentlicht..... und werden zu gegebener Zeit  unterrichten, wenn es was zu vermelden  gibt.....

Insgesamt muss ich feststellen, dass JBS nicht unbedingt mein Fall ist. ( beruht wohl auf Gegenseitigkeit)
Aber wenn er BCS erfolgreich macht und den Kurs gen Norden führt , soll es mir recht sein.

Naja alles mega schwierig einzuschätzen weil einem die neue "Guidance" fehlt. Vielleicht kommen deshalb auch keine Verträge mehr, je nachdem was da so schwerwiegend verändert wird.  

BCS zieht an in Norwegen, ohne News.
Kommt doch noch was die Tage?  

We are now in the middle of the last month of 2021. It has been a great year as a founder, leader and as a person. I have grown my network, i have learned a lot on a professional level but also in the personal level.

Some of the highlights this year:

- Listen on Euronext growth (April with ticker code BCS)
- In my opnion have the best mix of shareholders
- Moved into new locations at Flesland.
- Hired a good team with production workers and adminstration.
- 24/7 production capacity
- finished engineering and started construction and assembling of “Crusible 2.0”
- First major sales contract
- had a extreme good growth in market cap

However i think the next year will be even better. We have many goals to achieve in 2022. And there will come a guiding by the end of this year.

Bergen Carbon Solutions: Update on LOI with Japanese company
(Bergen, 09. November 2021): Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS, OSE:BCS) Today announces that we have received initial results from the Japanese company we have signed a letter of intent with, to develop an additive solution for use in anode-graphite for lithium-ion based batteries.

The initial results are showing good potential for our green carbon nanofibers. The promising results enables us to continue towards the next steps that will be to perform real life battery cell tests with our nanofibers.

Bergen Carbon Solutions AS hat mit Yara ein LOI für die gemeinsame Entwicklung abgeschlossen
von Möglichkeiten zur CO2-Abscheidung und -Nutzung. Die Parteien werden unverzüglich
eine Machbarkeitsstudie am Industriestandort von Yara in Herøya in Norwegen durchführen und
eine endgültige Vereinbarung im Herbst 2021
anstreben. ENDE

Herbst 2021 ist bereits vorbei, wenn ich mich nicht irre.

aber hier will ich mal einen Beitrag vom Finansavisen Forum reinstellen um mal für etwas Unterhaltung zu sorgen.

-----Wenn sie einen Vertrag von 100 Millionen NOK + erhalten, steigt der Preis in ein paar Wochen um 100-200%.
Bei Verträgen mit einem Gesamtumsatz von 1 Milliarde NOK sehen wir das 10-fache.-----

Heute Abend schreiben sich die Norweger die Finger wund.

Hatte heute übrigens nochmal Schriftverkehr ( wg. der "Nicht-Verträge") mit Sagmo. Freunde werden wir mit Sicherheit nicht mehr. Der Ton ist schon gestresst nervig. Der Gute hat offensichtlich einen vollen Schreibtisch ( gut so! )
