Hallo, wann ist den die Aktionärsversammlung?Und warum wurde die Aktienanzahl verdoppelt.
Dear Sir, Thank you for your email. The Annual General Meeting will be announced in the near future. All of our shareholders have been informed that an extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for later this month. The Company has contacted all registered shareholders in writing about the details of this meeting and the business to be transacted. If you are a shareholder but have not been notified directly then it is likely that your shares are held in a Nominee Account and we suggest you contact your Nominee. The number of shares has increased in the first quarter of 2011, because the Company has completed an acquisition, which has added to our investment portfolio. The number of shares has also increased, because the Company was able to exchange debt for shares, thereby reducing its liabilities to creditors. The Company reduced its debts and increased its investments, and therefore issued new shares. The Company has now developed a series of actions for the restructuring and refinancing the firm, and we are confident that we will be able to complete at least one attractive investment within the near future. We are working intensely to relist our shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. One of the new requirements of the Exchange is a minimum nominal value per share of 0.10 Euros. This is the reason that we have announced a reverse share split 200 to 1 to be proposed to the members for approval. If approved, we will ask the Exchange to relist our shares, and trading liquidity is expected to return to our shares. Yours Faithfully, London Hong Kong Exchange PLC
