Also ich will damit sagen, der Kurs spricht für sich und die Sprache ist eindeutig. Offensichtlich traut man der Firma nichts zu. Spekulanten hätten sonst den Kurs schon in die Höhe getrieben.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website shows that Arbutus was granted a notice of allowance on Sept. 2 for a patent covering novel lipid formulations for nucleic acid delivery.
In the past, Moderna has unsuccessfully challenged similar patents.
Moderna is appealing the validity of those patents with a hearing before a federal appellate court on Oct. 7

Hier sollte es sich lohnen noch länger abzuwarten. Wir sind gerade einmal auf dem Niveau von vor ein paar Wochen und die Patententscheidung sollte deutlich mehr wert sein als der heutige Anstieg. Sicherlich wird es noch dauern bis eine endgültige Entscheidung getroffen ist bzw. bis tatsächlich Geld fließt. Aber wenn es fließt dann reichlich. Oder Arbutus wird für einen deutlich höheren Kurs direkt aufgekauft. Ist mir auch recht
