If they really wait till mid june 2024, it would be the peak of indecency. They are clearly corresponding with the small shareholder majority. otherwise they would be fired. but this means, we small shareholder, or foreign investors who hold their shares via a proxy and are not registered, does mean nothing to this mgm and company. They gave their middlefinger mutliple times before and this seems to be their next. On a prfessional level, we cant vote so why care, on a human level, i really cant understand how this clowns can sleep at night. i spoke with james mackie but it was all just a sham. They dont care.
We are completely at their mercy and there is no point in continuing to be active here. Fundamentally, 300% would be possible - with momentum and fantasy 600%. It's all pointless until this turds decides to do its job.
It looks like we'll be waiting until mid-June. Or, given the history of the company, they can't meet that date either. Like every important milestone in the last 2 years. So maybe China will invade taiwan before then and then it's all for shit anyway. Oh man, what a f**king disaster
